Most images of Mono Lake focus on the tufa tower mineral formations. Often, images of Mono Lake seem otherworldly. When I arrived, I knew I wanted to show something different. I wanted to show this lake as not a briny, mineral rich body of water, but rather as a lake that is part of the landscape, part of the ecosystem. Early, on a calm morning in January, a small break in the clouds imbued the seemingly still waters with wondrous patterns of light and texture highlighting the family of waterfowl swimming on the lake, but most importantly, giving the lake a sense of movement, a sense of life.

Lifetime Framing Warranty: All materials used in the matting and framing of my pieces are archival and of the highest quality. If your piece were to get damaged as a result of my framing, a damage assessment will be made and it will be either re-framed or replaced free of charge upon return of the damaged original.

Matting & Framing: Each piece is matted using Bainbridge archival white mats. It can also be framed in a black metal frame that has an elegant Florentine finish. I use UV-filtering acrylic glazing. All materials are archival.

Shipping: All orders include free shipping. Every shipment is insured at it's full value and is traceable. All packages are professionally assembled in such a manor as to avoid damage during shipping. If for some reason your piece does get damaged, contact me and return the damaged original. Your piece will be replaced immediately at no extra cost.
